PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Minimal information may be gathered in order to improve your online, provide subscribed update emails or facilitate a purchase.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We may collect personal information including your name and email address.  From time to time we may also collect the following information: birth date, gender and phone number. Should our Privacy Policy change all subscribers will be notified of the details.

When you visit our website, information about your computer hardware and software is also automatically collected. This may include your IP address, browser type, access times and/or referring website addresses. This information is used by us to improve our user interface.  

If you make a purchase on our website this is done via our third party payment specialist Stripe.   We do not hold your financial / credit card information.  We will never email or call you to request this information.   If you receive a request to provide sensitive personal information (such as credit card details) in an email, do not provide this information as the request may be fraudulent.  Please contact us via our contact form should you encounter this request.

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Most information is collected when you subscribe to our regular newsletter or promotion.  Information is also gathered when you make a purchase or enquiry about a product.

COOKIES
Cookies are small text files created by websites and stored in the user’s computer to better understand your online activity.  Your web browser can be configured to prevent some or all cookies being stored, this may, however, impact your web surfing experience. 

ACCORDING TO CALOPPA WE AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Users can visit our site anonymously.
  • Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website.
  • Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’ and can be easily be found.
  • Users are encouraged to visit our Privacy Policy page from time to time to remain abreast of this policy.
    Subscribers will be notified if there are any changes on our Privacy Policy Page
  • Users are able to change their personal information by emailing us.

CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter or marketing information at any time.  Simply select the unsubscribe link in the footer of any of our emails.
