Delicious Oat Bars

These delicious oat bars are full of goodness, super yummy and economical.  To be enjoyed at any time of day but really handy for a quick breakfast.  When time runs out – just grab one and have it on the go.

Oats and coconut form the basis of these bars, working together as such a lovely combination.  Bake a batch on the weekend and you’re set for the entire week.

Once the slice is cooled, cut it up into little bars.  If you want to make sure they’re ready to grab and go, you can wrap each bar individually, otherwise just store them in an airtight container.

Three cups of oats, lowish in sugar, no added preservatives, no artificial colours or flavours and baked lovingly with your own hands.  What a great way to start the day.
